Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days following payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand (such as promotions or holidays), a slight additional delay may occur.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Standard: Estimated transit time of 7 to 21 business days after shipment.
Economy: Estimated transit time of 5 to 7 business days after shipment.
Express: Estimated transit time of 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
These transit times are in addition to the 3–5 business day preparation period. Please note that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $60 (before taxes and fees) for shipments within Canada only.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout Canada.

5. Order Tracking
Every order is assigned a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your package has shipped.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Liability
K-Radiance is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for errors resulting from the address provided by the customer. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us promptly; we will find a fair and considerate solution.
