Refund policy
At K-Radiance, we are committed to offering high-quality personal care products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Defective or Damaged Products
- If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we offer a replacement or a full refund.
- The request must be made within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the product in question.
2. Unopened Products
- Products with intact and unopened packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be issued as store credit or an exchange.
3. Opened or Used Products
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
4. Product Bundles and Promotions Promotional bundles or free products must be returned in their entirety for a refund to be processed. 5. Return Procedure Contact our customer service department by email before returning any item to obtain authorization. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
